Received Used Product Instead of NEW – I bought this product to prepared for the winter season. This will be my first year experiencing winter in the east coast so I decided to get some snow supplies for my car. When I received my brush, the brush looked used as well as the gloves. I expected to be sent a NEW and unused product for the price but instead received a used product.

Lots of tools for a moderate winter – I was surprised how many tools you get in this kit. The snow broom goes together easily. I haven’t had any snow to test it on yet. I have used the ice scraper though. It’s as good as any other plastic ice scraper. It worked. The kit even included some gloves with little rubber grips to help you hold onto the tools in the cold. I was surprised how handy that was.
