Do you need a ground wire for the Scion tc – Not very loud and you need a ground wire for the scion TC

Misleading – I bought these because the horns on my car were very high pitched, girly, and annoying sounding. I was under the expression that these would be pretty loud (not on level with a train like advertised) and a lower tone than the stock ones. They are for sure a lower tone. But, they are no where near loud enough to be even in the slightest compaired to a train. I was skeptical because of the price. But, im not disappointed per say. They do what they are supposed to and are a deeper tone.
