This is a genius idea, but only holds thin phones without a case – I love this and don’t like posting negative reviews but I had to take the phone holder I had on the back of my phone to use this.. the holder will only hold a thin phone. I have an iPhone 13 and with the case on it barely grabs onto half of the phone. so if you’re fond of your phone grip, don’t get this, you’ll be disappointed. unfortunately. I tried replacing the phone holder section with another, but the threads don’t match.

dont leave in your car in the hot florida summer sun – well the first issue i had was it doesnt work well if you have a large mirror with homelink. that being said the damn thing melted out of shape when left in the car on a hot florida summer day

Hands-free – It almost didn’t clip onto my mirror, my mirror is just a little bit bigger than a normal mirror but, I got it on there. What I don’t like is, you have to use two hands to get the phone in the holder.

Sturdy, simple to install. May not fit over extra thick “smart” rear view mirrors, but fits good on F150 and okay on Pathfinder mirrors.
