Protects seat, no traction for paws – It’s good sized, covered the back seat and the sides but the material didn’t offer much more traction for my big dog than the leather seats underneath, he still had trouble keeping his feet in place even when turning slowly, that’s usually how he breaks his nails

Will need seat belt attachment – If you seat belt secure your dog, you will be fine. I do not, and my curious pupper figured out she could get underneath the cover. I ended up getting a seatbelt strap, but it just doesn’t work with my pup. (seat belt strap = a seat belt buckle with a clip to attach you dog to.) I ended up getting a different seat cover that zips on the sides and passing this seat cover to my boyfriend for his truck.
