It falls and essentially rests on my knee while I drive. – I tightened it into the car cupholder, but the weight of the phone pulled it out and one of the side mount pieces detached. The arm is sturdy. I mean it stays in place, but the bracket that holds the phone is just a ball and socket. It moves with the weight of the phone. I have the arm extended toward the gear shifter and to prevent the phone from spinning on that ball and socket joint, it essentially rests against my knee while I drive. So where is the positive and why haven’t I returned it? The arm is longer than others I have tried and the cup holder accommodates a cup with a handle.

The release button broke on day one and only one side was operable, so I manually had to pull open and close the clips to insert and remove my phone. I made due with that for about a month. Then, one of the clips snapped off, so it was useless after that, but without even having to contact the seller, they contacted me and offered to replace or refund my purchase. I can’t say enough about how gracious and helpful their customer service team was. I may have had a randomly defective product, but the experience I had with them made me trust them completely.
