Used to charge my phone on my motorcyle – Used this on the 12 volt port i have on my motorcycle to keep my phone charged, or to charge my backup battery pack. The (i assume) aluminum construction looks nice and feels nice. The only small issue is it sits almost flush in the 12 volt port and you need at least a little bit of nails to get it out, but that is just a small quibble on my part. I’ve never not gotten it out of the port. Also have used it in my truck and it much nicer having this with a separate cable than the generic verizon charger with attached cable and minuscule .75 Amp charging capability. Would purchase this item again.

Nice and compact. – These are nice chargers. They are a little tricky to get in the socket, ( I have big fingers ) I didn’t want to force it in, so I pinched the pins in, and pushed it in till the faint blue indicator light was on. It will stay “hot” unless you pull it out a little with a slight twist. (Turn by the edge of the charger, not the device plug!) I leave them in my vehicles, so having 2 extra USB out options in the cab is great. So far so good.

Works fine, light is useful – Works fine but does stick out, isn’t flush. If you pull the USB cord out, this adapter also comes out. I sometimes just keep it in the car’s built-in tray near the port to use as needed instead of constantly in the port. The light is very useful and pretty. Has been working well for me
