Not as pictured – I bought this registration holder because I LOVE blingy, sparkling things! I was disappointed when I saw it because the picture definitely does not represent the item. It is black with sparkles all over it but the picture makes it look very blingy and it is not. I kept it, rather than returning it; it seems sturdy and like it’s a good quality item but it is not nearly as sparkly as it looks in the picture. It holds a fair amount of items and fits well in the glove box. Overall a 7 out of 10, just not what I was expecting.
