Suction cup is very big, making it secure but fits only in certain spaces – I use this in my Nissan NV200 vehicle and because the suction cup is almost 3″ in diameter, I had a hard time finding a absolutely flat spot that is 3″ across to stick this to. The only spot I found is the cubby above the radio, which means that the driver has an obstructed view of the windshield and the outside (you can be fined in some states for this!).

Check you dashboard texture first! – Opening and unwrapping, I was a little surprised there were no paper instructions. As you can see in the photo of the box, the instructions are rather atrocious. The arrow pints to a piece of the air vent option that does not actually extend at all. I spend a full minute spinning it to the unlock direction and it never moved nor was able to be pulled out to the shown length.
