Works great. – I had the type that had suction cups that attached to my windshield. The plastic melted to my windshield. Had a really hard time removing the melted plastic. This one clips onto your rear view mirror. You can adjust it where it’s closer to the mirror or it can be lower, closer to dashboard. The part that holds the phone can rotate 360°. Which is great if you are using a GPS device. Will be purchasing again for my kids cars and husband’s vehicle.

Product not flexible or able to fit properly my Ford Transit Connect – This product only worked backwards on my newer Ford Transit connect so that a third of the rear view mirror is blocked by the products structure. However it has been the only product to have worked on my vehicle

This would work perfectly in an a pickup, bus, RV or semi-tractor but not in a car. – CONS: This item has great promise, but is too large for a car. It would fit in a pick-up truck, RV or semi-tractor but wouldn’t be appropriate for a car. I bought this for a Cadillac XT5 because the I-phone vent-mount holder I had did not raise the I-Phone camera much higher than the top of the dash. I thought this new gadget might get it higher so I could use the I-Phone like a dashcam. Good try but no cigar! At it’s retracted length (up/down) the shortest would make it almost the same height as the dash vent-mount holder. Also it would not fit on the factory stock rearview mirror mount in my XT5 and would significantly block much of your view of the road because of it’s being so bulky.
