Good! – I was skeptical with this purchase at first but it came in handy during our road trip to Florida! The only downside is, I’m on the shorter side so it was a bit difficult trying to rest my neck on it ♀️ but it came in handy for my husband!

I was given a used one. BROKEN! – Well, this is the 3rd time I have attempted to do a review of this headrest pillow. This thing is small and flimsy. I got a used one. It was half-way inflated. And never inflated to its full size. And was poorly wrapped in celafane. And the zipper was broken! I should have returned it. But got too busy and just let it go. I still use it. Just not a great headrest pillow. I will keep searching.

Usefulness and positioning depends on vehicle – I got this because I drive a lot and felt it would give extra support that I was looking for. I still use it, but it wasn’t a game changer. When positioned correctly, it does a good job. The problem comes that depending on the vehicle, it may or may not stay where you want it. I recently went through a string of rental vehicles and used it with each with different degrees of success. The elastic band that is used does not keep the cushion in the right position for a long time. Maybe if it had some sort of rachet system it would allow for better adjustment for anchor. Overall, it can be beneficial, but be aware of the potential downfalls.
