Very simple solution – It is a very simple easy way to keep the seatbelt off my neck. It slides and adjusts with a slide.

sturdy but not convenient to use – This seat belt adjuster is much more durable than the plastic ones I’ve had in the past, but is rather inconvenient to use. It has to be taken off each time you stop and wrapped around again when using. Not bad for the money.

Must have gizmo for the well-endowed – This gadget has vastly improved my driving experience. The seatbelts are not designed for large-chested women, and drags the seatbelt across the chest to the right, cutting off air and circulation at the neck.

Much, much better than plastic clips – I recently had a pacemaker implant and have to be really careful about the seatbelt going across my left upper breastbone area. I had gotten the plastic clip type seatbelt holders, and they were worthless, the shoulder belt kept flipping the clip and popping out. I found these, and they work great. They hold the belt securely, are comfortable, and easy to reposition without being too loose. They have completely met my needs and exceeded my expectations.

Pop off a little easily but good overall – I used those bulky plastic options for years, and I like these much better. They’re more comfortable and don’t dig into your body. But, they are. About harder to manuever when installing and are more likely to pop off during normal use because of the type of button.
