It holds the phone – Yes it does hold the phone BUT the gadget itself does not seem tight and securely attached to the rearview mirror. When you try to place or remove your phone from the gadget it feels like it’s going to fall off the rearview mirror. I tried using it a few times but I am not a fan. I use it to attach my beanie baby bat instead.

It is not steady – I have being using it for a couple months and works ok while you are not driving in a bumpy road. Everytime a pass over a bump the arm moves or just stop holding the phone looking at me and just turn looking the floor :/. I don’t know if it’s depends on the type of mirror

Not exactly what it seems – It seemed like a really good idea, but unfortunately it didn’t live up. It mounted in my car but not my wife’s (there wasn’t enough room between the mirror and the window mount). Even though it mounted in my car, it wouldn’t hold in place with my Pixel 6 Pro in it, and it would sway back and forth going around corners. Shame… but we’ll keep looking for a good/stable holder.

My Solution for the Weakest Link – I will go over what I liked and dislike about this product. First, if it weren’t for the cheap plastic parts, this item would be phenomenal.

Works but is loose – It did what I asked it to. It is not hard to attach. I could not get the collar tight on my mirror. It would not fall off but it moved if I touched it. It was great to look at maps. If I change stations or apps or answer a call, I would have to use my thumb like I am holding my phone, not my index finger. I do not have voice control set up. I think it would fix these issues. I am pointing out an assumption I had so you will not feel let down. I still use the item on trips which it what I bought it for.

Loved the idea of on the mirror, but it doesn’t hold the phone up right. – Lost my directions trying to keep pushing up the phone to see. It just couldn’t hold the phone upright. I wish it would have worked because it was a great idea.

Great idea, OK product – It is all plastic of course and might have been better if the clamp were made from sturdier material. Great idea and holds my iPhone securely but tends to rotate on the mirror post it is attached to. The arm adjusts easily if you loosen the little caps at each joint and then press them back into place when it is where you want it. I just wish it could get a more secure grip on the mirror.
