It worked as promised and described! – I liked the ease of installation, the ability to pack it tight and strap it down securely. We used it for a short camping trip over the weekend. The bag got super hot in the sun as it is black and soft, so I was a bit concerned, but overall a great convenience to have on top of our compact car. I will try it for a bit longer trip next time and update the review. Overall satisfied with the experience and purchase.

Loud ride – The installation was very easy. Unfortunately we did not use it long due to the strap’s vibration, no matter how tight, made for an extremely loud ride. We had to take it down.

Hangs on like a baby monkey – Great product. Extremely useful, secure, and durable. I been using it for several trips and very pleased to say it hangs on very tight, did not move one bit even in highway speeds or when I was on bumpy roads. Very happy with this purchase, 10/10 would recommend.

Took on roadtrip – Drove from NJ to Fl with this on the roof of my car and had no issues. Even traveling 80 miles per hour held tight no movement. Has a storage case when not using. Worth the money.

Worked fine. Support was responsive. – Used to expand on what my KIA Soul could carry. It added 10 cubic feet. The video showed me how to install without having a roof rack. Trip was around 275 miles each way. There was no rain during either direction. Once you’ve tightened the straps down make sure to tie a knot with the excess strap near the buckle. Rightline support said I could have gone with a 15 cubic foot product or a ten. But when I specified my car and model with Amazon it overrode my preference and insisted the 15 was not right for my vehicle. Well built. I used a car roof protector upon which to place the product. I also used something similar to keep contents from shifting. I had some foam pool tubes along so I placed one in the front to keep box corners from poking against the front. But this was only a precaution based on prior experience. Again this is made of durable product and. Of a good design. Due to unfamiliarity it took me 3 times as long to install on the trip out than for the return trip.

Very durable. – Was not easy to put up on roof. But was able to fit a lot of things. Wish it had better clips to hold in place. But it still worked for our camping trip. Would recommend adding a rope to hold it down.

Absolute Champ – This thing dominated a 1100+mile drive through high winds, twisty roads, and rain. We loaded up ~200lbs in it on top of my civic. Initially the straps rattling in the wind was annoying but we figured out you could tie the straps to get rid of it. We also had to tighten the straps a couple times but after that, it was awesome during the drive. Held an additional 200lbs so we could have room in the car. Kept everything dry. It even survived a hit from some kicked up tire patch on the highway without any serious damage.

Well… – So I ordered this for my Fiat 500 for our cross country move. It did great in the weather, rain and thunderstorms and extreme heat. It did tear a hole in the back easily. The weight of it plus the items inside created a dent in my hood. Since I don’t have a roof rack I had to use the option to attach to the weather stripping… well that just sucks! The noise in my car was as loud as having my windows down on the highways. Also, while going through the rain the water leaked in the doorways and got everything wet. I would not suggest getting this if you have a small car like a fiat or if you don’t have a roof rack. At least it made it all the way from California to Alabama without flying off my car.
