Pretty product after you modify shovel – Bought this product and was excited to use it until the shovel would not fit the pole attachment…the shovel piece is not deep enough for pole attachment.. after reading a few reviews about the product I noticed other people had similar issues. I came across a review that suggested excellent advice, a previously buyer said he had the same problem and contacted the maker. The maker sent another shovel but had the same problems as the first time, shovel end did not click into the pole cuz it was too shallow, so he just used a 1inch spade bit with drill, and drilled 1/4 inch into shovel hole. Retried pole attachment to shovel and it clicked in perfectly…

Broken and missing part – Arrived broken and missing the scraper. The extender is broken and moves all around and there was no scraper attachment included. There’s also a spring floating around in the box. Pretty disappointed. Looked as if my box had been opened previously before it got to me.

Crap – I purchased two of these and both arrived with the same weird blob of plastic that prevents the shovel head from attaching to the handle. We returned one and my husband was able to remove enough of the excess plastic to make it usable for his needs. I would not recommend this to others or purchase again.

Good but… – Quality seems allright and I’d give it 5 stars if the connection of the main bar and the accessories was made better(it’s made out of cheap plastics and they won’t really snap into place). Hopefully it will last me trough this winter tho…

The broom swivel has a solid button and locks nicely into the position you want to. The shovel and handle attachments also feel like very good quality. I can tell it’s going to last many winter seasons. Love my new scraper.
