Not bad. Would probably buy again – I like the concept of this particular shade. Works well. Fits nicely in my Chevy truck windshield. Only problem, with all of the “mechanics” of it, it’s a little on the delicate side. When I got it, I was trying to get it figured out, situated & what not & I ended up popping open one of the seams. Still works great & I’m sure I’ll get great use out of it the rest of the summer. Just not sure how long it’ll last. Now that I know the situation, I can handle it more carefully. Definitely don’t want your kids pulling, tugging or playing with it. It will definitely bend & or break. It stows away much better than the accordion style version, fits inside your door perfectly. But like I said, just handle with kid gloves. If it ends up completely tanking on me, I’ll definitely consider buying another one

Not so durable – The wires went through the end of the Umbrella part, lead to the wires breaking. The company did replace the item. My replacement the wires have also com through the material, as of today the wires have not broken

I do think the ribs are delicate, and especially at the joints- fully expect it to break even under great care. But meantime, I’m happy with the fit, ease, and the general look. It is a little tough to find neatly & perfectly so it fits in the sleeve for storage. Looks so much better than those big rectangle giant things you have to fold like an accordion. Good price point, hope it lasts a while
