Does the job – This works to cut glare and improve night vision, however, my car visor is impeded from lowering all the way to the windshield when I need the extra sun blockage, so it’s actually blocking part of my view of the road, I have to duck down to see well. In my 2019 CRV it’s a very tight fit between the Tacvisor and the top of the windshield. The other issue is reflection, sometimes I see myself and things outside going by in both the yellow and the shade one, mostly annoying & maybe a bit distracting. But other than that I like the Tacvisor and would buy it again.

So-so results – I bought this hoping it would significantly reduce the dazzling bright white light from LED and small diameter high intensity headlights of some vehicles at night. It does help a little, but I still need to use my hand to block light from many oncoming vehicles. I don’t like to resort to that for safety reasons but not doing it hurts my eyes too much.

Made for skinny visors – The (very) rigid clip that attaches to the visor has no flexibility or give. My Honda has padded visors that were almost too thick for the clip. I was able yo coax the clip into place and used the sun shield over several months — but then the clip shattered one day. I bought this replacement —even though the clip is the product’s Achilles heel — because the shield enables me to see the road even when the sun is at a low angle and blindingly bright. However, I’m hoping this one will last longer and I’m looking for a better clip assembly.
