Great customer service – I bought 2 of these in may of this year, they were very easy to install and held my phones great. Earlier this month the one in my work truck broke. I contacted the seller thru Amazon, and received a response the next day from Krista at the Vanmass Support Team. She stated they were going to replace the unit and asked for my mailing address.

BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY – I rec’d the first one and wasn’t thrilled with having to use both hands to release and hold the phone. Also, my phone rocked a little bit in the holder. Might not have bothered most but it bothered me. I requested a return and it was granted without issue. What ABSOLUTELY blew me away was the customer service that followed!!! The VANMASS Store is TOP NOTCH! First, they apologized that I had a less than stellar experience. Secondly, they asked what they could do to make it right asking me detailed questions to get to know me, my needs/expectations. Next, they sent another product to me and asked for me to provide feedback. Well…they listened and the new one was PERFECTION!!!!! I could go on and on about this company. Customer Service is a thing of the past but not with VANMASS Store!!!! I wish they sold so many more items because they would have a loyal customer in me for life!! Thank-you VANMASS!!!!!

The sun had somehow melted the suction cup to the windshield so it was a pain removing it & the residue & it also wasn’t able to be reused. Just proof that this thing will last a very long time

I also had a slight problem with my order and VANMASS provided quick and amazing customer service. They readily helped me solve my issues in no time. I’ve had the stand for a while now and have had zero problems. The suction power/adhesion is great, even in very high or low temperatures. It also has several different joints that make it easy to have my phone exactly where I want it.

Excellent customer service – I purchased this phone holder for my wife but unfortunately, the grip on the phone broke on the first try. The supervisor of VANMASS contacted me a few days after reporting my product to Amazon and I was sent a brand new, upgraded product to replace my broken item. I’m so pleased they’re great customer service to rectify the problem
