Great mount – After so many times losing my phone in the car after throwing it in the passenger seat, I can immediately mount it before I start driving. So easy to install and very stable. It’s so portable too if you go on vacation and rent a car. I recommend it.

Not all that great – It just kept falling. Says it will hold a heavy phone but the holder kept falling after every little turn. Even without the heavy phone case it won’t stay. Now it just sits in the trunk somewhere useless. Wouldn’t recommend

Good design, well made, but…. – This is a really good phone mount. It grips the air vent well, and it is very easy to get your phone in and out of it. You put your phone into the mount, squeeze the two sides which tighten like a ratchet until it is tight. To release the grip, you just press a button, and the two sides fly open to easily remove your phone.

Works well – I had something I bought at target that fell apart. So I searched long and hard on Amazon for something that I thought would last. I’ve been pretty happy with this phone holder. It’s easier to install and tighten. it maintains its grip fairly well. I bought this in August 2022; it’s only slipped and fallen off twice as of November 1, 2022. I am a bit disappointed that I missed the upgrade that may have been on sale right after I ordered mine … It looked like the grip curved over the back of the vent plastic, and perhaps that would hold even better. But I can’t complain too much… When it falls, the big grips that hold the phone in the device seem to protect the phone screen, and like I said it’s only slipped off a couple times, so I’m pretty happy. I just dust it with the Kleenex… I suspect it would hold even better if I properly cleaned and dried it off.
