I reached out to the seller for a return, they instead went about sending me another style phone mount that fits much better on my dash and let me keep the originally ordered one! Vent holder worked great and customer service was Superior – I originally got the clip style, but it didn’t work with my 2014 Toyota Corolla, due to the lip on the dash not being long enough. So I returned it and got the vent style, from the same company, instead. The customer service was Fantastic. The communication was Excellent. The exchange was Extremely fast. I am thrilled with this company. My new clip puts my phone at ‘eye level’, rather than between the seats, and it is not blocking anything I need to see (like my clock). Both holders worked with my Samsung S22 Ultra phone WITH a thick military grade case on it. There is even a place for my charging cord, if needed. Definitely would recommend.

Stable alternative to suction cup or vent mount – This is a well built, sturdy mount that doesn’t rely on a suction cup, which always seems to fail. The installation instructions were very clear. If you have a sloped dash, they recommend using the included Velcro to avoid slipping. It places the phone in a easy spot for viewing. I was concerned it would interfere with my line of sight for driving, but it does not. Because it is rather bulky, I will be taking it down when not using it.
