Great for what it is, mediocre charging – This thing is pretty neat. I love how I can just put my phone in it and it closes up. The phone is easy to remove as well, with buttons conveniently located on either side of the holder that will open it up for phone removal. The suction on the dash is very good. It also is of good quality for the most part. The tightener at the hinge could be better. Bumps and dips in the car do make it difficult for it to hold firmly in place. But if I’m being honest, it is better than other products like this I’ve used.

Wireless charging is so convenient – I was having trouble finding a suitable charger for my Jeep Gladiator due to limited placement options on the Jeep. However, this mounting system with the extendable arm gave me the solution I was looking for. I attached it to the lower part of my windshield extended the arm and it sits at a place that is convenient and accessible that does not block my viewpoint to drive. The wireless charging is a plus. I only wish that it came with a plug in charger.

Charges faster than I thought – The setup for the charger mount is simple. I used the dashboard mount but it also comes with a vent clip. The base sticks well to the dash and the mount suction cup has good contact with the base and there is good movement as to the angle you want your phone at. The automatic clamp is also a decent feature, I will see if it holds up. I bought an adapter that allows fast charging with the mount and I have to say, it charges at a decent speed, even with an app open, such as Maps.

Very adjustable – I love it and hate it at the same time. If the plug isn’t connected to a usb it won’t charge. If it doesn’t charge then neither will your phone. It only holds a charge for so long. At first I thought it was broken until I realized I had to hook it back up to the usb. Also, if you have a magnet or metal on your phone it will not charge. You either have to move the placement of your phone or the magnet (if possible).

I’ve been a fan of the magnetic mount for years, I love that they’re easily attached and one handed, because I do tend to mess with it a fair amount while driving. There are very few places to mount a suction on my Jeep renegade and the vents are weirdly placed and easily blocked, so this was a good option for me. It took some finagling to get it situated correctly so it doesn’t obstruct my view, but once it’s attached it is stuck. Its not only a suction but sticky, which is super secure, it doesn’t waver at all while I’m driving.
