Ease of use – For a long time, I was struggling with charging my phone with a car mount and the way the charging wire tangled with my previous mount was cumbersome. This device was a fresh breath of air with wireless charging for a range of devices including Samsung and Apple phones so now I don’t have to worry about either getting a compatible wire per phone or how to place the wire w.r.t. the car mount.

It will not charge a Google Pixel 6 pro with an Otterbox Defender case. – I liked how the clamp closed in on the phone at an angle instead of pushing the phone in from the sides. I think that’s what made my last chagrining cradle gears failed. it was a brand from another company. I wanted this to work but the charger would not charge a Google Pixel 6 pro with an Otterbox Defender case, either because it was too tall of a phone or the Defender case was too thick. The platform at the bottom where the phone rest is curled upward and the phone never fit down into it fully because of the thickness. That would have given it another 1/8″ or 3.18mm of drop and maybe it would have lined up to the charging coil. It was close to hitting my volume down button and if my phone dropped another 1/8″ it probably would have.
