Somewhat disappointing. – First, my cell phone ran out of juice while plugged into this charger because it was too weak to keep it charged with the GPS on. I bought a high speed charger and plugged that into it and it slowed down the discharge, but the charge level still dropped, I worked around it by plugging the phone directly into the high speed charger. When I drove over a street with rough pavement the phone fell out of the holder just as I was getting onto a highway on ramp. I had to drive miles with the phone on the floor before I could stop and pick up the phone. It’s been a disappointment.

Good but sometime doesn’t work. – This is a good product. But like all electronic devices it has a glitch. Sometimes it doesn’t open and I can’t use it while driving. I try to unplug and it still doesn’t work. Other than that when it works I enjoy using it.

Doesn’t hold phone or charge of you have bulky case – If you have a bulky case, like an otter box it won’t charge your phone and will barely fit on the holder. Was my first time buying it the screw part broke off while putting it together(it still held up) but the sticky part on the back is coming off due to it sitting in my vents and the heat being on. So I’m spending the extra cash on a better durable one. But it is very cute to look at.

Broken after a few months – Loved this product for hands free navigation however after only a few months of use the sensor which opens and closes the holding mechanism no longer works so the device is now useless.

Poor instructions. – The vent clip is adjustable, but it’s not in the instructions at all on how to adjust it, see video clip. Only one side of the side holders is adjustable and you just pull(hard) on it to adjust it, also not in the instructions.

Not worth the price – Did not work to release the phone once it locked in on it. The wire was flakey and kept trying to charge from the base to the phone. It kept blinging on and off, very annoying. I didn’t send back because the base actually worked with another holder I had purchased. Good hook up clip though.
