Almost perfect. – Works great with the 3 velcro straps, but the outer straps are about an inch away from the ends. That fact makes the ends flap down if you put pens or anything with any weigth on it. Otherwise its a great value.

Good molle add on for visor area – This has both traditional molle webbing alternating with elastic banded webbing. This gives you many options on mount points. I carry everything from a per light, small multitool and knife to regular pen and folder emergency cash here. works well.
